The Starch that Makes You Lean and Healthy

On Keto, you can have a green banana or potato starch in water (not flour). Start very slowly. Start with 1/2 of a teaspoon per day. Work up to 2 tablespoons. If your intestines are in bad shape it can cause a lot of pain and gas. So go very slow and work up over time. You can not eat the cold rice or cold potatoes for resistant starch and remain in ketosis. Only use the potato starch or green banana starch. If you are doing low carb and not keto you can try a cold potato salad or cold rice.
